3. Completion and Shipment:

     Unlock the full potential of your custom PC upon full payment made at or before time of delivery. This step ensures a smooth and tailored experience, from the assembly of your personalized system to its timely delivery to your doorstep. Your satisfaction is our priority.

• Non-compliance with the down payment requirement will lead to the cancellation of your order. 

• Failure to make full payment upon delivery will result in the termination of the order, and we will retain the PC for a period of 2 weeks.

4. Final Payment and Delivery:

   - Full payment is required upon delivery of the custom PC.

   - Failure to provide full payment will result in the termination of the order, and the PC will be held for 2 weeks.

   - The PC will be securely delivered to the provided address upon successful payment.

5. Order Termination:

   - Orders may be terminated if customers fail to comply with the payment terms or provide inaccurate information.

   - In the event of order termination, the down payment is non-refundable.

6. Modifications:

   - Any modifications to the initial specifications after the build process has started may incur additional charges.

7. Liability:

   - The seller is not liable for any data loss, software issues, or damages to external components not provided by the seller.

8. Communication:

   - Effective communication is crucial. Customers are encouraged to promptly respond to queries and updates during the build process.

9. Governing Law:
