Parts are not included unless specifically stated.

This service is intended for a clean Windows installation on a working computer.
A valid Windows license may be required.
Software programs, games, and customer files are not automatically included unless separately requested.
For systems that need a fresh Windows environment.
Includes:
Reinstalling Windows
Installing required drivers
Windows updates
Basic system configuration
Basic system testing
Customers should back up important files before service whenever possible.
If customer files need to be backed up and restored as part of the service, additional time may be required.
Includes:
Cloning an existing Windows drive
Installing the replacement drive when needed
Verifying the cloned system boots correctly
Confirming Windows detects the new storage
Basic storage testing
Common uses include:
HDD to SSD
SATA SSD to NVMe
Small SSD to larger SSD
The original drive must be functioning well enough to complete the clone.
Drive cloning does not repair damaged or unreadable data.

Account passwords, software licenses, and activation keys may also be required.

This service transfers customer files and does not guarantee that all programs, settings, or application data can be migrated.

This service is intended for readable and functioning storage devices.
Customers should identify any especially important files before service begins.
For customers moving to a new computer.

Software installation may be included when the customer provides the necessary accounts, installers, or licenses.
May include:
Windows configuration

This service does not include bypassing software licenses, account protections, passwords, or other security measures.
Before cloning or transferring data, the original storage device may be checked for basic signs of failure.

If a drive appears to be failing, unstable, or unreadable, I may recommend stopping the service to avoid making the situation worse.
Dom’s Tech does not provide data recovery services.
If a drive contains important files that cannot be accessed normally, a professional data recovery service may be recommended.
The $60 tier covers a normal amount of operating system work, cloning, file transfer, migration, or system setup.
The amount of time required can vary depending on:
Drive size
Amount of data
Storage speed
Computer performance
Windows condition
Number of files
Drive health

Replacement drives, Windows licenses, and other hardware or software are charged separately unless specifically included.
Customer storage devices must be readable for cloning and file transfer services.
Dom’s Tech does not provide data recovery from failed, damaged, corrupted, or unreadable storage devices.
No additional paid work will be performed without your approval.
