Parts are not included unless specifically stated.
Includes:
Installing compatible RAM
Verifying the modules are detected
Basic boot testing
Basic memory configuration
This service assumes the RAM is known to be compatible, and the computer is otherwise functioning correctly.
RAM troubleshooting, instability testing, slot testing, or BIOS tuning may fall under the $40 Standard Service tier.
Includes:
Physical GPU installation
Connecting required power cables
Verifying the graphics card is detected
Basic boot and display testing
Basic driver installation if needed
This service is for a straightforward graphics card installation.
Driver cleanup, NVIDIA-to-AMD or AMD-to-NVIDIA migration, troubleshooting, or stability issues may fall under the $40 Standard Service tier.
Includes:
Physical drive installation
Connecting power and data cables when required
Initializing the drive
Formatting the drive for Windows
Verifying the drive is detected
This service applies to drives being added as extra storage.
It does not include:
Windows migration
Drive cloning
Large data transfers
Operating system installation
Those services fall under the $60 Advanced & Data Service tier.
Includes:
Installing compatible case fans
Setting correct intake or exhaust orientation
Connecting fan cables
Verifying fan operation
This service is for a simple fan installation.
Multiple fan changes, advanced airflow planning, fan curve tuning, controller installation, or troubleshooting may fall under the $40 Standard Service tier.
Includes:
Removing the CPU cooler
Cleaning old thermal paste
Applying new thermal paste
Reinstalling the existing cooler
Basic temperature verification
This service assumes the existing CPU cooler is being reused and is functioning properly.
Installing a replacement cooler normally falls under the $40 Standard Service tier.
Includes:
Removing loose dust
Cleaning accessible fans
Cleaning accessible dust filters
Basic exterior cleaning
Visual inspection of accessible components
Heavy dust buildup, deep cleaning, extensive disassembly, or cleaning that requires removing multiple components may fall under the $40 Standard Service tier.
Includes:
Organizing easily accessible cables
Rerouting loose cables
Improving visible cable appearance
Keeping cables clear of fans and airflow paths
Complete cable rerouting, PSU cable replacement, rebuilding heavily tangled wiring, or extensive cable management may fall under the $40 Standard Service tier.

Connecting antennas when applicable
Installing required drivers
Basic connection testing
This service assumes the hardware is compatible and the PC is otherwise working normally.
Network troubleshooting or driver conflicts may require additional service.
Includes basic reseating of easily accessible components such as:
RAM

Power connectors
SATA connections
Other accessible internal connections
This service is intended for known loose or improperly seated hardware.
If troubleshooting is required to determine which component is causing a problem, the job may fall under the $40 Diagnostic or Standard Service tier.
Includes installation of a known required driver for functioning hardware.
Examples include:
Graphics driver
Wi-Fi driver
Bluetooth driver
Audio driver
Chipset-related driver
This service assumes the correct hardware and driver are already known.
Driver conflicts, corrupted installations, previous graphics driver cleanup, or hardware migration may fall under the $40 Standard Service tier.
Includes basic installation and setup of compatible peripherals such as:
Keyboard
Mouse
Monitor
Speakers
Headset
Webcam
Other basic USB devices
Driver installation may be included when required.
The $20 tier assumes the requested work is straightforward, and the PC is otherwise functioning correctly.
If unexpected problems are discovered that require troubleshooting, additional disassembly, extended testing, data transfer, or other work outside the Basic Service scope, I will contact you before continuing.
No additional paid work will be performed without your approval.
